Who we are

Ashmere is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. Ashmere does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by properly licensed direct air carriers under 14 CFR. Ashmere arranges charter transportation; it does not provide air transportation.

Ashmere is not licensed by the U.S. Department of Transportation as a direct air carrier. Brokers are not DOT-registered in that sense. Transportation, if arranged, is provided solely by the operating carrier.

Requests, not bookings

Submitting the form creates a request. It is not a reservation, not an option on a specific aircraft, and not an agreement to fly. No aircraft is held until a licensed operator has accepted the trip and you have confirmed in writing.

Estimates

Any dollar figures shown on this site are illustrative range estimates only. They are not quotes, not offers, and not confirmed pricing. Confirmed pricing is provided only after a licensed direct air carrier has reviewed the trip.

Ballpark figures are derived from typical hourly bands by aircraft class and, when places can be resolved, an estimated block time. They omit positioning, overnight charges, international fees, and peak-period premiums.

Operator contracts

If a charter proceeds, the operating carrier’s terms govern the flight: safety, cancellation, weather, and the condition of the aircraft. Ashmere does not warrant a particular tail, cabin, or schedule.

Your information

You confirm that the details you send are accurate enough to evaluate the trip, and that you are permitted to share passenger information with us and with operators who need it.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Ashmere is not liable for delays, cancellations, or operational decisions of a direct air carrier, or for reliance on an illustrative estimate. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
